- Brisbane Parade, Warburton; owner-built strawbale and timber house, completed 2007.
- Alto Avenue, Croydon; owner-built three-storey timber framed / reverse brick veneer townhouse, completed 2007.
- Second Nature eco village; preparation of concept design options for this 2ha ecovillage project in Mansfield, 2007
- ESD Soft Loud House Architects office, Warburton; with sculptural cement render by local artist Sioux Dollman, grid-interactive solar power, interior fit out by furniture maker Don Willis, completed 2007.
- Warburton Highway, Warburton; sustainable retail development of three offices and five retail shops. Planning submission December 2007.
- Barkly Street, Elwood; renovation of four existing apartments and addition of three apartments, completed 2006.
- Morganti’s Road, Eganstown; owner-built timber, mudbrick and
stone house,
completed 2006. - Wattletree Road, Warburton; alterations and additions to dwelling, completed 2005.
- Old Kinglake Road, Steels Creek; new owner-built stone, mudbrick and timber house, with composting toilet and reed bed greywater system, completed 2004.
- Let’s Dance Winery, Glenburn; machinery shed with vineyard spray
mixing apron and
reed-bed water treatment area, completed 2004. - Donovan’s Road, Healesville; construction of mudbrick winemaking shed and renovation of shearing shed into garage and studio, completed 2004.
- Pharaoh’s Road, Warragul; farm masterplan, completed 2004.
- Biodynamic blueberry farm, Paraparap; preparation of production and visitor area masterplan and detail design of various buildings.
- Yellow Gum Road, Hoddles Creek; mudbrick, corrugated iron and
timber house,
completed 2001. - Let’s Dance Winery, Glenburn; masterplan for house, winery and visitor accommodation, including wastewater treatment areas and carparking, completed 2000.
- DeBortoli Winery, Dixon’s Creek; masterplan for the integration of new buildings and gardens into property visitor precinct. Preparation of options for buildings, gardens, access roads and carparking, concept only 2000.
- Horner’s Road, Warburton; owner-built straw bale, blockwork and stone tower house surrounded by permaculture based gardens and orchards, stage 1 completed 2000.
- Kinglake Road, Glenburn; vibrant owner-built mudbrick house, completed 2000.
